Supplier conference package pricing
- Early bird package price – $3,900.00 per person (available until 11:59pm AEST Friday 12 June 2026)
- Standard package price – $4,400.00 per person (effective from 12:00am AEST Saturday 13 June 2026)
If your company has been invited to participate in the Buying Expo or Supplier Showcase, catering packages for additional local staff attending the Showcase & Buying Expo only will be available to purchase closer to the event.
Please note: it is a requirement that at least one representative from each company participating in the Buying Expo or Supplier Showcase must also register to attend the National Conference.
Supplier conference package inclusions
- Four nights (3-7 August) accommodation at the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort
- Access to the BSR Group conference keynote speaker sessions (excluding member only sessions)
- Daily buffet breakfast (x 4)
- Morning tea and lunch (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Welcome reception ticket
- “Under the stars” dinner ticket
- Gala awards dinner ticket
- Group airport transfer from the hotel to the Sunshine Coast Airport on Friday 7 August. Guests are to make their own arrival transfer arrangements to the hotel.

National Buying Expo and Supplier Showcase
If your company has been invited to participate in either the National Buying Expo or the Supplier Showcase to purchase your package to exhibit, you must use the link included in your invitation email. The register link included above is only for the conference package. Please contact Expert Events if you would like to have your invitation email resent.

Cancellation fees
Cancellations must be advised by email to the conference organiser. If you cancel your registration:
a. before 5 pm on 31 March 2026, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total registration price;
b. from 1 April 2026 but before 5 pm on 12 June 2026, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total registration price;
c. from 13 June 2026, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total registration price (no refund).
No refund may be made for unused services.
