As part of the BSR Group Conference, you will have some free time in the afternoon on Tuesday 4 August to relax, explore and enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
Relax and enjoy the resort
Take advantage of the fantastic facilities available at the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort. Enjoy time by the lagoon pool, explore the beautiful waterfront surroundings, hire a kayak or paddleboard, or simply relax and recharge before the conference festivities continue.
Play 9 holes of golf
For those looking to hit the fairways, delegates have the option to book 9 holes of golf during the afternoon.
Please note:
- Golf bookings are to be made directly by guests via the golf club website.
- Availability is limited and we encourage early bookings
Exclusive private Mooloolaba cruise
Join fellow delegates for a relaxing and scenic 2-hour private cruise through the stunning Mooloolaba River and canal precinct.
BSR Group delegates will enjoy exclusive use of a luxurious 55-foot vessel, cruising past some of the Sunshine Coast’s most impressive waterfront homes from the best possible viewpoint – the water.

Departure: 3:00pm departure from Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort
Return transfer options back to resort:
- 5:40pm return to the resort
- 8:30pm return for those wishing to enjoy additional leisure time in Mooloolaba

Cost: $110.00 per person (all ages)
This activity will only proceed if a minimum of 20 guests are registered by Friday 3 July.
- If the minimum number is reached, the cruise will be confirmed.
- If minimum numbers are not met, the cruise will not proceed, and all registered guests will receive a full refund.

Post-Conference – Friday 7 August
Australia Zoo Experience
Extend your stay on the Sunshine Coast and experience one of Australia’s most iconic attractions – Australia Zoo.
On Friday 7 August join fellow members for a relaxed and fun day exploring the home of the Crocodile Hunter. Set on over 700 acres, Australia Zoo offers unforgettable wildlife encounters, live shows and the opportunity to see native and exotic animals up close.
Tour inclusions:
- Return private coach transfers from Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort
- Departing the resort at 9:00am
- Returning at approximately 3:00pm
- Entry to Australia Zoo
- Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital sneak peek entry
- Leisure time to explore the zoo at your own pace

*3-14 years. Children under 3 years old will receive free entry into the zoo however there may be a small fee for the coach transfer or hire of car seat if required.
**Concessions include pensioners and students with a valid ID card. ID must be presented upon entry.
